Choose from various inflatable core cushions that come in two sizes and are filled with different medium: foam, crunchy pellets, smooth beads, bean-filled, or ball-filled. You can sit or stand on CoreDisk. Disks can be used to provide stability or positioning or active, free-flowing instability for the development of balance skills and trunk strength. Adjust inflation levels for more or less stability as desired (with standard athletic pump - not included).
