How do I return an item?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. To make a return, please follow these easy steps within 30 days for a refund on products* (shipping cost are not reimbursed). Returned items must be new and unused, in the original packaging. Shipping costs are not paid for by GSK, if the incorrect products were ordered. The product is returned at the customers cost.

Properly pack the item(s) to arrive in good condition. Include your name, address and order number on the outside of the box. Please include a brief description why you are returning the item(s). You will receive a confirmation email that your return has been received and refund processed. Items must be in new and salable condition.
Items that are returned beyond the 30 day window are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.

If a defective product or incorrect item has been shipped to you, Contact Customer Service Team at [email protected] to receive a UPS prepaid return shipping label. We will correct any shipping error or/ and replace defective product as quickly as possible.

Holiday Returns Policy:
For purchases made in the months of November and December, we extend our return policy until January 31st. All returns must be in new, unused, in salable condition and original packaging.

*For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on oral motor products and personal care items that have been used, worn, including headphones and earmuffs.
